BILINGUAL CHW / NAVEGANTE TRAINING
Clinica Esperanza/Hope Clinic will be starting a new, 10 week, Navegante (Community Healthcare Worker) Training program on February 24th, 2020. This is an intensive program usually leads to successful placement in the field of community workers’ care work. We are looking for motivated, engaged applicants who want to help their community.
REQUIREMENTS:
– Fluently bilingual
– reside in RI
– able to commit to the 2 1/2 month program
– committed to come to the 3 designated program days (M, W, Sat)
– able to commit to an 80 hour internship at CEHC

You must be a resident of Rhode Island. The course is supported by the Department of Labor and Training.
Medical Interpreter training included and is free for participants in the Navegante training.
This course will take 10 weeks and following the successful completion of an internship, we will pay for the cost of your CHW
