The Latino population is the fastest growing minority group. Rhode Island follows this nationwide trend with a robust Latino population and as mental health providers, it is important to learn how to best serve this community. Learn more about the diversity in the Latino community and the mental health disparities that exist within this population.

Continuing Education Credits:

Social Worker CEUs: This training has been approved by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) for 3.0 continuing education credits.

Chemical Dependency Professionals CEUsThis training has been approved by the RI Certification Board for 3.0 continuing education credits (The RICB is an IC&RC affiliate).

Mental Health Counselors CEUsThis training has been approved by the RI Mental Health Counselors Association for 3.0 continuing education credits.
