The Childhood Lead Action Project is looking for a full-time Community Organizer to work towards eliminating lead poisoning in Woonsocket, RI. The new organizer will be responsible for direct outreach to community members about lead safety programs and resources and for coordinating an existing community-based advocacy coalition to provide feedback and direction for our work. The organizer will also play a supporting role with similar work in other areas of RI and assist with an annual fundraiser.
