Prof.\, Psychology – A stress researcher/neuroscientist who studies the effect​s of social stressors like implicit biases and microaggressions.\nPegah Rahmanian\, Director\, Unity Center – The child of Iranian immigrants\, queer\, Muslim who has spent the last 15 years in youth development and who provides identity specific programming\, education\, and resources at RIC’s Unity Center.\n\nStudent moderator: Ronya Traynham – A senior in youth development and Africana studies\, whose passion is advocacy and social justice in education. \nThis important conversation promises to be a spirited discussion of professional and lived experiences\, with an opportunity for attendees to ask questions of the panelists and moderators. \nAll are invited to attend and participate.
