Through interactive sessions\, peer support\, and access to resources\, participants will gain valuable tools and insights to thrive in their professional roles and contribute positively to their communities’ health and well-being. \n\n\n\nMeetings will be focused on topics including:  \n\n\n\n\nSetting Goals\n\n\n\nNavigating Reentry Challenges\n\n\n\nBuilding resiliance and coping skills\n\n\n\nEffective communication and conflict resolution\n\n\n\nProfessional Development and Skill Enhancement\n\n\n\nAdvocacy and Community Engagement\n\n\n\nLegal Rights & Resources\n\n\n\nCelebrating Progress and Looking Ahead\n\n\n\n\nMeeting Frequency: Twice a month.
