Meetings will occur twice a month and will focus on topics related to professional development\, self-care\, and navigating reentry into the workforce. \n\n\n\nThe Justice-Involved Community Health Worker Support Group curriculum aims to provide CHWs with justice involvement experience a supportive environment to enhance their skills\, build resilience\, and navigate the reentry process successfully. Through interactive sessions\, peer support\, and access to resources\, participants will gain valuable tools and insights to thrive in their professional roles and contribute positively to their communities’ health and well-being. \n\n\n\nMeetings will be focused on topics including: \n\n\n\n\nSetting Goals\n\n\n\nNavigating Reentry Challenges\n\n\n\nBuilding resiliance and coping skills\n\n\n\nEffective communication and conflict resolution\n\n\n\nProfessional Development and Skill Enhancement\n\n\n\nAdvocacy and Community Engagement\n\n\n\nLegal Rights & Resources\n\n\n\nCelebrating Progress and Looking Ahead\n\n\n\n\nMeeting Frequency: Twice a month.
