SUMMARY:Self Care Training
DESCRIPTION:Rhode Island College’s Institute for Education in Healthcare presents this FREE self-care training\, led by instructors from Bradley Hospital.   \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis interactive 90 minute presentation will explore the five domains of self-care and the benefits of implementing self-care strategies within our daily routine. Diving deeper into the concept of self-compassion\, participants gain a better understanding of their personal self-compassion skills by completing an evidence-based assessment.
