We will support alumni of the program as they go on to manage electoral\, ballot initiative\, and issue campaigns in state legislatures across the country. The Training Program will include: \n● Direct instruction\, coaching\, and project-based work\n● Communication\, delegation\, and conflict resolution skills\n● Guest speakers\, Q&As\, and in-person events to facilitate community development\n● Additional career support and opportunities beyond the duration of the program \nThe program will begin January 18th\, 2022 and run for 8 weeks.
