Although research has proven CHW’s efficiency on improving the community’s health outcome\, we are still struggling to sustain positions. This webinar will examine the new Medicare ruling as a potential strategy to sustain part of the CHW workforce.This webinar is open to all. Community Health Workers are key contributors to reducing health disparities and inequities during adversity. This webinar will take a closer look into Individual Resilience and Community Resilience . We will learn more about the interaction between Individual Resilience and Community Resilience\, and how it relates to Community Health Workers and COVID-19. \n\n\n\nThis webinar will have breakout sessions to discuss community resilience including Spanish language breakout rooms. We encourage you to join us and participate in this envision offering in your primary language. \n\n\n\nThis webinar is open to all.
