Rhode Island follows this nationwide trend with a robust Latino population and as mental health providers\, it is important to learn how to best serve this community. Learn more about the diversity in the Latino community and the mental health disparities that exist within this population. \nContinuing Education Credits: \nSocial Worker CEUs: This training has been approved by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) for 3.0 continuing education credits. \nChemical Dependency Professionals CEUs: This training has been approved by the RI Certification Board for 3.0 continuing education credits (The RICB is an IC&RC affiliate). \nMental Health Counselors CEUs: This training has been approved by the RI Mental Health Counselors Association for 3.0 continuing education credits. \n\n\n\nPlease Note: A pre-test is required to be taken before the training.
