Newport Hospital Forums for Community Health Needs Assessment
Newport Hospital invites you to join their staff for the 2019 Community Health Needs Assessment! They will be hosting multiple forums in your area now through June 4th. Link below to flyers for two upcoming forums:
-May 17th 10:00am – 12:00pm, CCRI Newport
-June 4th 6:00pm – 8:00pm, Middletown Town Hall
The goal is to obtain feedback on health concerns from community members all across Aquidneck Island so Newport Hospital can build programming to address these needs.
