CHWs and Housing Training

This training is to introduce community health workers to the “lay of the land” regarding housing in Rhode Island. You will learn about housing resources, challenges, partnering opportunities, advocacy, and employment of CHWs in the sector. The curriculum was developed by a subject matter expert at Haus of Codec in collaboration with CHWARI at RIC. It will be presented by Julio E. Berroa (He/Xe, They), Haus of Codec Executive Director.

Completers will obtain a certificate of completion from CHWARI.

Five SEPARATE, standalone trainings are being offered. Please sign up only for the one, and only one, you wish to attend. If you need to change dates later, we will be happy to accommodate you and most likely will be able to given enough notice.
