MLPB Law & Policy Community of Practice (session 2)

MLPB is excited to welcome Rhode Island-based Community Health Workers for our second Law & Policy Community of Practice on Thursday March 21st from 9:00AM-10:00AM. During this session, MLPB will:

• Share updates on key law and policy developments impacting social care; and
• Provide consultative support in the form of legal education and problem-solving insight, issue-spotting, resource identification and expectation management.

This is fundamentally a space for CHWs to collaborate and work together. While other people may be in attendance, our problem-solving will-be focused on the needs and goals of CHWs.

Please bring the ‘tough questions’ you might have inspired by the work you do (for example, a question related to housing, food and income security, utilities, criminal systems involvement, or something else!)
