The goal of this CoP is to provide a space for Spanish speaking individuals to share best practices and build individual and collective capacity for strengthening the CHW workforce in a way that preserves and honors language and culture.
El objetivo de esta CoP es brindar un espacio para que las personas hispanohablantes compartan las prácticas recomendadas y desarrollen la capacidad individual y colectiva para fortalecer el personal de CHW de una manera que preserve y honre el idioma y la cultura.
