The next bi-monthly virtual meeting of the Community Health Worker (CHW) Strategy Team will be held on Zoom at 3:30 p.m. on October 2, 2024. If you previously signed up for the meeting series, you will receive advance meeting updates from CTC-RI by email. To request the meeting link again, please contact mmooney@ctc-ri.org.
The final meeting of 2024 will be on December 4. Regular virtual meetings of the CHW Strategy Team will continue to follow a bi-monthly schedule in 2025. Next year’s schedule will be shared in the coming months. Save this schedule link.
