CHW Voices is a monthly gathering of RI Community Health Workers to connect, collaborate, and respond to real-time community and workforce needs. Each session adapts to what’s happening on the ground—whether sharing tools, revisiting skills, preparing CHWs for system-level conversations, or problem-solving emerging challenges together. CHW feedback and partner dialogue are centered on elevating lived experience and helping shape broader system-level decisions across the state. Sessions are responsive and may evolve in response to emerging community and workforce priorities.

CHW Voices participants can always expect to: 

• Meet other CHWs 
• Contribute to policy discussions
• Strengthen community connections
• Join networking groups
• Keep up to date on CHW news
