Community Conversations- Networking and Peer Support

This monthly virtual meeting explores pathways for peer support and resource sharing, with a specific goal of empowering HEZ Collaborative members to reach across ZIP codes and find inspiration, support, solutions, and common ground.

This group is a space for CHWs, Family Navigators, Resident Leaders, and others from within the HEZ Collaboratives to share their experiences and gain resources and technical assistance.

Facilitated by WWHEZ Community Ambassador and CCHW Michele Mitchell.
