Documentation 101 Training for CHWs

This month’s CHWARI zoom CHW Gathering will be a ‘Documentation 101 Training” presented by Rhode Island Parent Information Network (RIPIN).  This training is a basic overview of the DAP method (Data Assessment, Plan) of documentation. It will outline how to document client interactions in a simple way.

This workshop will be held from 12 pm-1 pm followed by a CHW networking opportunity until 1:30.
