Our Rhode Island-based community health worker colleagues are invited to join MLPB for a training on Employment on July 25th from 10:00AM – 11:30AM. By the end of this session, you will have learned to:
- Recognize public policies, systems, and structures that impact people’s employment opportunities
- Identify benefits and rights, including legal protections, available to workers
- Apply strategies to support workers enforcing their rights and accessing available employment benefits
