Family Law Basics

Our Rhode Island-based community health worker colleagues are invited to join MLPB for Unlocking Access: Family Law Basics on Tuesday August 23rd from 9:00AM – 10:30AM. During this foundational training, you will learn to:
- Recognize connections between family law and health, as well as key systems in the domains of parentage, marriage, divorce, custody, and child support.
- Identify key legal risks, rights, and remedies impacting families when navigating parentage, marriage, divorce, custody and child support.
- Apply role-aligned family law problem-solving strategies in partnership with those you serve
