Rescheduled – Guardianship and Less Restrictive Alternatives

This training was rescheduled from September 28th. You do not need to re-register if you have already done so.

Our Rhode Island-based community health worker colleagues are invited to join MLPB for Unlocking Access: Guardianship and Less Restrictive Alternatives on Wednesday October 26th from 12:00PM – 1:30PM. During this foundational training, you will learn to:

• Recognize how to obtain guardianship of a person in the limited circumstances where they are unable to make any decisions for themselves.
• Identify less restrictive tools that can be used to preserve the autonomy of a person who needs limited assistance.
• Apply role-aligned caregiving problem-solving strategies in partnership with those you serve.
