The RI Life Index, a partnership between Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island and the Brown University School of Public Health, measures Rhode Islanders’ perceptions of social determinants of health and well-being. Dr. Clark will provide an introduction to the RI Life Index, the publicly available data that includes trends in factors beyond healthcare including food, housing, community resources, and other social determinants that impact Rhode Islanders’ ability to live healthy lives.

• Provide an overview of the RI Life Index and publicly available data
• Discuss the methodology for a statewide representative survey in 14 languages
• Highlight trend data from 2019-present as well as identify key issues facing Rhode Islanders
