HIV Endorsement Training

This entry level curriculum will provide specialized training for community health workers serving people living with, at risk for, and impacted by HIV/AIDS.
Modules include:
- HIV Testing, Antiretroviral Therapy
- Client Engagement and Motivational Interviewing
- Social Determinants, Special Populations & Stigma
- Behavioral Health (mental health, substance use, domestic violence, grief & loss)
- Cultural Humility and Advocacy
- HIV Public Health Policies
- Ethics, Professional Burnout/Stress, Self-Awareness and Self-Care
The development of this curriculum was made possible with Co-Exist funding through the Executive Office of Health and Human Services (OHHS), Ryan White Division. Deoshore F. Haig, LCSW will be instructing.
