Our Rhode Island-based community health worker colleagues are invited to join MLPB for Immigration & Benefits Eligibility on February 16th from 9:00AM – 10:30AM. During this training, you will learn to:
- Recognize the history of and recent changes to the public charge rule impacting immigrant and mixed-status households
- Identify the food security, disability, and health insurance benefits landscape for immigrant and mixed-status households
- Apply role-aligned benefits problem-solving strategies in partnership with immigrant and mixed-status households
