Updated CHW Manual (v. 4.2):
EOHHS has updated the CHW Manual V 4.2 and it is now available on the EOHHS website. This updated Manual is available in Spanish here. We recommend reviewing it to understand the most recent program changes.
EOHHS will host an English and Spanish RI Medicaid CHW information session on August 28th regarding the program changes and the enrollment requirements effective 10/1.
English session: August 28, 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. → Register here
Spanish session: August 28, 1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. → Register here
Important: You must register in advance to receive the invitation and attend either session.
These sessions will be an excellent opportunity to learn about program changes and the steps needed to maintain enrollment and meet the new requirements.
