Medicare CHW Financial Sustainability Strategy

Community Health Workers are essential to addressing social determinants of health. Although research has proven CHW’s efficiency on improving the community’s health outcome, we are still struggling to sustain positions. This webinar will examine the new Medicare ruling as a potential strategy to sustain part of the CHW workforce.

This webinar is open to all. CCR-2109 recipients (CHWs, CHW allies, CHW program staff, etc.) and their partners are encouraged to attend.
