Using Unite Us : CHW Perspectives

CHW panelists will talk about their experience using Unite Us, how it has benefited workflows and referral processes, as well as struggles with integration. Attendees will have a chance to ask questions of panelists and gain insight for opportunities for better integration and use within their current role and organization.
