Attention Woonsocket CHWs!

Do you work with families in Woonsocket as CHW, CNA,Case manager, etc.? Are you interested in finding new resources and want to connect with other community partners?
Come together for a supportive gathering and build a strong network within the community!

This group meets on the first Friday of every month from 12-1pm at the Woonsocket Public Libarary. Expect to:

• Engage in discussions on community health and well-being
• Discover resources to enhance your impact
• Learn from other CHWs and their insights
• Share your experiences, challenges and successes
