Sleep Well, Live Well: A Focus on Sleep in the Adult Primary Care Setting

Join Lifespan Community Health Institute and the Lifespan Sleep Disorders Center for a free online event on Tuesday, July 11 from 12 to 1 p.m.
This presentation will review sleep as a necessity for life and health, as well as the changes associated with sleep as we age. The primary care setting is where most referrals start, and where initial treatment can be initiated. This talk will review the risk factors associated with sleep disorders (specifically obstructive sleep apnea), diagnosis, and treatment options.
This event will be led by Emily B. Ho, RNP, from the Lifespan Sleep Disorders Center.
